Tanks of Gas: 2 Number of Bathroom Stops: 2 (1 porta potty)
We don’t actually leave for Florida until tomorrow. In the mean time, we bought a new navigation system and marine radar that had to be installed today. Dave said this will be easy just a few hours. Of course these were famous last words, almost 14 hours later, the boat is out of the water, we have eaten dinner, and staying in a hotel for the night.
I am still going to try and fight through 80 Day Obsession while we are gone. I got up at 6 this morning and went for a run and did leg day. I really hope I can hold out!
We bought this last week. I spent a lot of today lounging while Dave was busy installing the nav system. It is a bean bag chair that also floats. I can’t wait to try it out on the ocean.
The boat out of the water is always shocking to me. I am pretty scared of pulling it half way across the country.
Worn out but still smiling through dinner at The Island at Highport Marina. We will be heading out first thing in the morning!
